The Spanish Civil War (1936-1939)

After receiving a diploma in accounting, he attends the faculty of economics and trade at the Cà Foscari University of Venice. A volunteer in the Spanish war, he fights with the 111th Bomb Wing ‘Sparrowhawks’, equipped with SIAI S.79 bombers, from 14 February 1937 to 15 July 1938. He is killed in action on 15 July 1938. One commemorative Gold Medal of Military Valor, one Silver Medal of Military Valor and one Bronze Medal of Military Valor.
